npm升级导致npm不能使用
npm提示可以升级：

按着提示执行命令 npm install -g npm，结果噩梦来了，npm 被搞崩溃了，npm命令没有了。

重新安装 npm，如果安装过版本管理工具可以执行
n stable
或则重新拷贝npm包
cd node-v12.16.1-linux-x64/lib/
mv node_modules/ /usr/local/nodejs/lib/
使用force参数
npm install -g --force npm
